Exhibitor Letter - The training conference is a major project of our organizations. We solicit your participation in our Annual Training Conference this year - where it is projected that 1,000 participants from Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas will be in attendance.

Exhibitor Application/Contract - Booth location is based on first come/first serve basis. You will be contacted for booth verification when your paid contract is received. Booth and Ad requests must be received no later than Sept 1oth.
