The 23RD Annual Texas Head Start/Early
Head Start Training conference will be held July 27-30, 2008 at the Moody
Gardens Hotel Spa and Convention Center in Galveston, Texas.
Early registration ends May 3 and final registration forms are due
July 12th.
It is
projected that over 750 participants from all over Texas will be in
attendance - so hurry and don't be left out!
To speak at this year's conference, please
complete and submit your
Call for Papers (see left column) by May 1, 2008.
You may download the interactive PDF file to your desktop, type your information
and resave the PDF for email or print a copy to be mailed/faxed. To email your completed form,
press the Print Form button at the top of page one and then select your PDF
script program from your print menu options that will convert the file into a PDF. Attach this to your email
and send it to

or
grahman@hcde-texas.org. The
interactive form is approximately 3MB in size and requires the Adobe 7.05
version. Adobe will automatically update the necessary files for you.
 This year's
keynote speaker is
Tim Steed, a dynamic and
entertaining Christian speaker whose speeches are humorous, compelling, and
thought-provoking. And they are always geared towards inspiring others so that
they become motivated to live the life they are called to live. You can catch
him at Monday's opening session. Tim will also be speaking at the Leadership
Luncheon on Tuesday afternoon.
