The Texas Head Start Association (THSA) is committed to providing strong leadership and advocacy to promote quality programs and services for the Head Start community. The Association's membership is comprised of Head Start directors, staff, parents, and friends. In the past you have chosen to be a part of this Association to aid in this mission. We are sending you this letter to remind you to renew your Membership in the Texas Head Start Association, if you have not already done so.
Annual THSA membership assists us in our continuing goal of providing a powerful voice for Texas low-income children and their families. The families of Head Start greatly benefit from the wide spectrum of services and quality education that each program supplies.
Your membership in the Texas Head Start Association:
- makes you a member of the Region VI Head Start Association as well.
- gives you a reduced registration fee for the state conference.
- entitles you to receive an association state newsletter.
- entitles you to apply for scholarships from the national, regional and Texas associations.
- entitles you to vote for candidates for the THSA Board of Directors and for THSA officers.
