About the conference

TXHSA is encouraging Head Start leadership teams to attend this important event Special emphasis will be placed on the unique roles of governing bodies, executive agency-level staff, and program-level directors and managers that play a key role in designing operational systems, plans, policies, procedures, and workflows to meet the complex needs of low-income children and families in communities throughout the State of Texas.
