Dear Texas Head Start and Early Head Start Programs,
I wanted to take a moment to extend my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to everyone. Your dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in driving our success and achieving our goals.
This year has presented us with numerous challenges. Still, thanks to your resilience and collaborative spirit, we have not only met these challenges head-on but have also emerged stronger and more unified. Whether working on critical issues such as homelessness, child health, and safety, or immigration, you have supported the children and families in your communities throughout our great state of Texas, designing impactful solutions to address the root causes of these issues.
I am constantly reminded of the incredible talent and passion that each of you brings to the Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Your contributions do not go unnoticed, and I am profoundly grateful for the energy and enthusiasm you bring to your work every day. It is this collective effort that propels us forward and enables us to make a meaningful impact in early childhood education.
As we move forward, I encourage you all to continue supporting each other, sharing your ideas, and striving for excellence. Together, we can overcome any obstacle and reach new heights.
