Description of the A 360° Path to Head Start Excellence

The 2026 Texas Head Start Association (TXHSA) Summer Conference is intentionally designed to serve the full spectrum of Head Start stakeholders, including agency leadership, program administrators, center directors, classroom staff, parents and families, governing boards, Policy Council members, and community partners. This comprehensive event brings together professionals and changemakers for a dynamic and transformative experience. Centered on the theme “Whole Program. Whole Community. Whole Child: A 360° Path to Head Start Excellence,” the conference emphasizes the critical role of alignment and collaboration among all stakeholders to achieve sustained program excellence.
